Smart-casual for work experience?

I'm doing my work experience at a graphic design agency in London. The piece of paper I got from them said that the dress code is smart-casual. What the hell do I wear?!?? I hate wearing dresses/skirts/heels and literally live in skinny jeans, t shirts and my roshe runs. I'll be doing it in the summer so don't wanna wear anything that I'll be too hot in. Please help!
A loose blouse and some ankle length fitted trousers made from suit material would be my version - as you dont like dresses etc. Jeans are a no go, at least until you get a feel for the place.
