How to ask for this haircut?

As above (person is adam lallana). How would you describe it? Also, whats the best way to style facial hair to designer stubble and what are the best hair products to keep hair in place?

bump. What I ask for?
its either a number one or two on the sides, and depending on the length of your hair on the top either leave it or ask for a trim on top
Low fade with a 1/2 on the sides and then just tell the barber how much you want off the top.
His hair is based off a 1940's Dapper Do. Just ask for a 1 on the side, fade with the top being about 2-3 inches.

For the stubble just use a conventional trimmer, trim all hair up to where your chin starts at the lowest grade and on your chin/cheeks choose a length you like.

Hair products use hairspray or a matt wax. I personally use matt wax, it adds a nice texture and firm hold.

Ask for a layered sweep with grade two taper back and sides.
Just ask for a Hitler Youth cut... Otherwise ask for an undercut :h:
You go in and say, i would like to look a total ****, can you help?
Don't use gel. My hairdresser, though she did an amazing job on the cut, kind of stuffed up by trying to style with gel afterwards, and because my hair is thick she used 2-3x the amount of product I would normally use. With hair product, less is always more.

My recommendation for product
L'Oreal indestructible - stronghold wax
L'Oreal Curling spray. Yes I know it's meant for curling hair on women, I accidentally picked up the wrong one in store, but surprisingly on thick hair like mine it leaves an amazing finish.

Oh and there are a few guys on YT who tell you how to style IF you want me to point u to the videos.

I understand women do this, but it's a bit gay for men to do it...

It's like:

"Hey, make me look like this bloke - i have a picture"

Whips picture out of love scrap book

"Make me look like this man"

"Oh & nohomo... honest!"

Not really man, not everyone feels the need to pretend they're ultra-macho or I'd be going into the barbers asking for "a Phil Mitchell please".
