UCAS Points?

When universities ask for a specific amount of UCAS Points (e.g. 320)
Does this include AS ?
I'll most likely be doing 3 A2s and 1 AS next year [year 13]
And will probably finish with 3 A2's and 2 AS. [Seeing as I will drop one at the end of the year and pickup one]
Would they take into account the 2 AS's? or is it just the A2's?

A university that makes offers by points will usually counts points from AS levels which are not taken to A2. However not all do, and so you need to read the prospectus very carefully and then get someone else to double check for you. If the prospectus says 320 points from at least 3 A levels, they only count the A2s.
yes the points total will include AS not taken to A level but they may, not all do, require a certain number of points at A level. Also some qualifications (like general studies) may not be accepted by some universities or may only be accepted as an AS - so always check their websites.
