Law unit 4 - concepts essay

Hello! Hope revisions going well...

What concepts essays do we think are going to come up on Tuesday?

I'm going in with Justice, Morality and Fault (hoping for Justice)

Has anybody got any current news relating to any of those concepts? For morality ive got the Gay Marriage Act 2013, and for Law & Justice ive got the "secret trials" that are in the news atm. Just wondering if there was any other relevant issues going on atm that I could put in to impress the examiners!:biggrin:

Guys i'm confused, do 3 essays out of the 4 come up for concepts? So in theory we only need to learn 2?

No there are 5 essays in total so you need to learn a minimum of 3.
i'm pretty sure balancing conflicting interests is the only essay that has only come up once over the 3 papers- why does no-one think that will come up? :tongue:

i'm really struggling with learning these has anyone got any tips?
For Justice examples I've used Max Clifford/Operation Yewtree and also the Summer Riots of 2011
