University MIcrosoft Office

Hey, I was just wondering for the maths degree do I need Microsoft Office? And if I do, does the university pay for it as you can get the university bundle for office?

I don't think they pay for it, thats the whole reason behind grants etc. to cover those cost's even though it is never enough to cover it anyway but the university bundle that Microsoft offer is great anyway £59.99 for 4 year is a complete steal + if you cant afford that all at once its only £1.50 a month and when you first start at university you get your personal .ac email anyway which gives you discount on it.
