Independent student help?

Hi I've just finished my a levels and I'm taking a year off before university. So I'll be 19 when I start and I'm also planning on moving out during my gap year before I start in September 2015, so I was just wondering if I'd be classed as an independent student so the student finance would be based on my income rather than my parents?

Only if you have been earning around £7500+ per year for 3 years before starting your course.
