What about cutting out 1,000 and eat 2,000? Would that be alright?

Also, would these calories need to come from wise choices or pretty much anything as long as I don't go over 2,000?

1000 calorie deficit will be miserable + cut too hard and you'll start to mess with hormone levels.

Oxylean 1-3D are pretty good at helping shed the pounds. They basically increase your metabolism loads but be careful of the side effects.

If you can't hack it after the first week, they probably aren't for you. But they do work.

Their just a **** load of caffiene and a lot of stuff never proven to be effective in human clinical trials for raising metabolism.

If it sounds too good to be true and legal.. it more than likely doesn't work.

I'll tell you the dirty secret:

The easiest, fastest way to lose weight is not by going to the gym. It's by cutting out carbs completely and living off protein meals, and not burning calories either. You essentially starve yourself of energy so your body starts breaking doen your fat stores, and the protein meals keep you from feeling hungry while this happens.

your body will only go into the starvation state and begin breakdown of adipose tissue if there are no carbohydrate sources available to respire. It's not healthy and it's not a long term plan but its the 'best' way to lose weight.

Ketogenic diets have been shown in studies to be no more effective for fat loss than standard diets. A decent amount of protein in your diet as a part of a balanced diet will lead to no more loss of muscle mass whilst losing weight than a keto diet.
No carbs and no dietary fat... RIP hormones.
