EPQ Presentation Tips

Hey guys,
I posted another post ages ago about this so sorry if you are reading this again or something.

This time its about the prevention. I have to present this coming monday and I haven't started on it yet, starting to get quite worried and stressed out about what I need to put in.
My Essay right now has been pretty much crap/ low grade. I have worked really hard on making my 15 page document shine and now I need to ace this presentation so I can overall in a higher grade.

Does anyone know what sort of stuff I need to include in my presentation? what to say? etc to make this better.

My project is on 3D printing.
