Obviously you cant make a sound judgement over a persons character due to a few posts on a forum, thats just being pretentious.

A serial killer thinks his opinion is write when he kills people, but its his opinion why should we get upset

haha obviously you can't either .
I'm not continuing with this so, I respect your opinion and I wish you happiness and peace. goodbye
If she reacted like that then she probably isn't a good friend in the first place. Whatever you do, don't apologize because you haven't done anything wrong.

Then shes a hypocrite. If she truly believed in islam she wouldent be afraid to show it

Not really she may not be comfortable yet. If gay person does not come out because they're not comfortable yet are they hypocrites.

Is your friend a religious non-Muslim? If so then it's difficult for her too.

To be friends? did i miss something.
A shame that the person could not see the human behind the concepts, and did not love you but the concepts. If the person had loved you, then that love would not have changed when the concepts you believed changed.

Try keeping in touch for a bit and try to make a judgement in 2-3 weeks about whether you want her in your life

Hopefully it will turn out good
If she can't love you regardless of who you are be you Muslim, Christian, Mormon, Amish, Gay, Straight, Black White Orange, then she doesn't deserve to call herself a "friend".

You haven't lost much, so don't get upset and chin up. :-D

"write?" :lolwut:

Anyway OP I don't get knowing you're a Muslim thing but hey..follow your Allah I guess. And tell sassy pants to get over herself. Then say a prayer and walk off. That always does it. She's probably addicted to porn anyway.

Muslims will also treat you the same the day you leave the faith.

No, we won't.

No, we won't.

Thats ironic, because in some countries apostasy holds the death penalty

We would actually to a certain extent... not completely blank, but deeply dislike them and wonder why??. But that's because you're leaving the 'right religion'.
If it was me I'd get over it but talk to the person about why they left etc.
Maybe tell her why you converted.
I'm not a fan of Islam but if any of my friends converted I wouldn't drop them, yours doesn't seem like a true friend - hope she comes around
Fake friend tbh xxx
I think it's safe to say that she's not a true friend. If she valued your friendship, she'd accept you for whoever you are, irregardless of your faith. I hope you feel better soon, but it sounds like you're better off without. The world needs more tolerant and liberal people

For me I wouldnt go straight to disliking her coz of her reaction, I mean surely you mustve seen something of the sort coming. If I was in your shoes just be sure to make her know that youre always there for her - like you said she doesnt have any friends... but then again this is me

That's how religious fundamentalists react to someone leaving their faith. Watch and learn.

You do not need bad people like that in your life. They are being racist towards you. Islamophobia includes that definition. I am a White convert to Islam. If you'll check out some of my threads that I started a while back (do not worry there are five or six threads I've ever started on TSR in total) you will find I went through a lot worse than you did. Chin up, move on, and get on with your life. You are Muslim. That's wonderful. Welcome to the family

Do you know what racism is? It seems like you have no clue.
