A really good topic to do is Abortion! I did this when I was in 4th year. There is a lot of things online to do with it. Also when I was finished writing the discursive essay on it my opinion changed about abortion.
Another topic I've done is "is Miley Cyrus a good influence" I did this around the time where she changed her style and produced the song wrecking ball, when people started making different opinions about her.
For this, I wrote a bit about her and her past. I then wrote 3 reasons why she was a good and a bad influence. After all, I wrote my opinion on her and supported my opinion as my conclusion.
