Double room to let in Glasgow!!

My flatmate and I are looking for a new flatmate. We have a double room spare in a flat just outside the city centre in Glasgow. It is still in walking distance of the centre but incase you are like me and don't fancy walking all the time, there is a train stop 2 mins from the flat straight to glasgow queen street. The are also has buses every few minutes. We are both students at Glasgow Caledonian doing different courses. We are easy to get on with and responsible people, looking for someone similar. If you are interested or want more info, feel free to ask. Move in date is 1st August and rent is 285 a month.

Room still available... Lease is for a year
Flat is furnished.. With cooker and washing machine. Bath and shower. Room consists of a double bee, desk and a place to hang some clothes. Its a lovely cosy flat and ive lived there the past year with no problems
