Edexcel A2 Biology Coursework HELP !!!

So basically for my coursework I was wanting to investigate calcium content in cow bones but was told my method was too chemical so I'm in desperate need of ideas.
My interests are anything medical, psychological or anatomical.
Please help !!

If you read the marking points/criteria, to get the top mark your investigation needs to include some element of A2 biology in there so calcium content in bones isn't really effective in that respect. You could always do a field study (probably the easiest choice) or do it on antibiotics/heart rate/photosynthesis/respiration/enzyme activity/learning & memory
