im starting there this september, does anyone have any idea of what's included in the rooms? dont want to bring a toaster etc if there already is one!

I'll be starting my first year in September and also be studying at MMU. Have you already booked with Victoria point or are you still looking for other places. If you have booked it then do let me know because I'll be staying at Victoria point too.
