can you get into uni if you dont achieve your conditional offer?

Ive applied to chemical engineering at manchester uni and have a AAA offer, im pretty sure that ive missed the grades and have either got AAB or ABB, what do you think are my chances/have you heard of anyone in my situation getting into uni, especially for this course at manchester?

In general: sometimes people are still offered a place when they miss the offer, yes. There is little point in spending your time worrying about whether you will be one of them though as it won't change anything.

Not even the university itself can tell you this now, because it all hinges on how many other people have missed their offer and whether they think they could do better in clearing than offering places to those who missed. Anyone who claims that they know is claiming clairvoyant powers they don't have.

My friend is in the exact same situation with same course and university. He thinks he'll get AAB. No one can conclusively answer your question until results come out.
