I assume it's a chaise. If you actually bothered to look at the file name of the image, it is "chaise-ivory-z1.jpg". It is a type of chair.

It's not actually a chaise - in English, a chaise solely refers to a chaise-longue, I think, which is a kind of sofa. The picture is probably French.
