Settings on Nd:Yag for skin type V (thighs)

I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me if the settings used on me for my first treatment are good. I have skin type 5 (Indian ethnicity). I had my upper legs done. Going in for my second treatment soon. The treatment wasn't terribly painful, stung in some parts. Also I did have good even shedding.

Settings: 35 Jcm, 40 Ms, 12mm spot size
Machine used: Cynosure Elite machine - Nd:Yag laser
Hello there!! I’m from India and last year I went for laser hair removal treatment. The hairfree experience is amazing. I’m from Delhi. For your skin type, the Yag laser setting is fine. I got my laser treatment for the underarm and legs from Les CosMedics Clinic, Rajouri Garden, Delhi. I got 6 sessions for underarm area and 8 sessions for the legs region. My treatment was safe with a little skin irritation during the treatment, but it got over soon after the treatment. If you’re not facing any severe side effects and hair fall is also good, that means your physician has used right laser setting for the treatment. Good luck.
