relative mass

Is relative isotopic mass = nucleon number?
For most intents and purposes, yes.

In reality, it may be slightly different due to things like binding energies and other complicated things I won't go into, but in all but the most accurate cases you can just take the nucleus (or mass) number to be the relative atomic mass.
