Hi guys. I have this coursework on company law which is due in a few hours. Pleeease I need your help as to what to include in my answer. I am so scared because i need a 75% in it. this is the question
'Beaston LJ in Antonio Gramsci Shipping Corporation v Aivars Lembergs [2013] EWCA Civ 730 at [60]; citing OBG Ltd v Allen [2008] AC 1 at [103]-[106] stated that where judges create an anomaly to solve a particular problem this anomaly is an ‘insecure base on which to justify an extension to a principal. Especially when that principal itself can be said to be anamolous’.
With reference to Petrodel Resources Ltd v Prest [2013] UKSC 34 critically analyse to what extent the courts may justify piercing the corporate veil.' Thank you so much in advance
