Help with ucas

I have put my disability code on the form but im confused about what to put on the "extra details" bit and after speeking to disability advisors at different unis im still confused.

You put a very short summary of your disability. So you could just put the name of your condition, or state that you're undiagnosed but seeing a specialist. The categories are very broad, so it's just refining what specifically applies to you. If you have any specific needs you can also mention this here - so if you know you'll need wheelchair access you could include that.

But you're not meant to write at length. You're not describing your full medical history or including every possible adaptation.

So if I was writing it, I would say "I have manual dexterity issues caused by arthritis in my right wrist" and that's it.
It's best to keep it simple, but just to flag up your disability at this stage. More details could be given in your reference if they are relevant e.g. to any extenuating circumstances.
