A2 Physics Question

I've just started A2 Physics and my teacher gave me this question on lenses. I don't quite understand, please help. The question is:

A converging lens of focal length 4.0cm is used to form an inverted image of a small upright object. The image produced is the same size as the object.

State the distance of the lens from the object for this image to be formed.

I understand that f is 4.0cm, but wouldn't I need v and u as well?

I've not done this sort of stuff for ages but doesn't the fact that the image is the same size as the object help you massively here?
