Performing arts college interview help?

Hey, I was advised to complete this task before my college interview on August 13th. I know it's a while away, but I would like to be well prepared as this is my first choice of course.



Audition Task--

We will be singing these songs as a group and lyric sheets will be provided at the

workshop:

Good Morning Baltimore from Hairspray

Castle on a Cloud from Les Miserables

Chiquitita from Mamma Mia

Written Task

We would like you to carry out a research task that you should bring with you to

Your interview (hard copy or on a pen drive) this should be presented in a professional

format using a computer with images Relevant to your theme (Maximum 500 words)

Research one of the following areas; Dancer, Actor or Make-up Artist who has

Influenced the world of performing arts

i) Why you have chosen them?

ii) What has their influence been?

iii) How did they progress in their career?

iv) Why are they different from others in the business?

Please also include the following;

Front cover with your name and theme

Word count

Contents page

Relevant imagery

Mood boards (e-format or hard copy)

Photographs

Bibliography (alphabetical order)

I am thinking of choosing Lea Michele (Glee tv actress, also done broadway shows and released an album, so she's sort of a combination of actress/singer)

I am not really sure about any others and she was the first person that sprung to mind as I am quite inspired by her work.

Have you got any tips?
