Help! UCAS, IB entry requirements and predictions

So I'm thinking of applying to SOAS next academic year.
i've just sat my IB mocks and I think i might be predicted a 36/37.
i want to apply for international relations and politics however i know for sure I wont be predicted a 38, instead I'd probably be predicted a 37.
Can i still apply via UCAS??

You can still apply but it makes your chance of an offer unlikely. SOAS are pretty lenient though so you never know unless you apply.

Well i know someone who was predicted 38 got an offer, missed the offer (don't know how many points by) and they let her in. If you do get an offer it will probably be 38. I'd try and get your prediction changed!

Do you currently do the IB?
I will try my hardest to try get it changed.
How long ago was your friends offer?
Last year?
