200 UCAS points, hoping to get in through clearing (details inside)

Does anyone know what the chances are of me getting in through clearing for one of the English Lit courses with 200 UCAS points?

I already applied and got rejected from one of the two English courses I applied for in Westminster. They were considering me for one of the courses and wanted to see a portfolio but I couldn't finish it before the deadline. While the status hasn't changed on UCAS Track (it says they're still considering the application - deadline was on the 9th) I don't doubt that they'll reject me.

So, to sum up, I'd just like to know if anyone knows anything about people getting accepted by Westminster through clearing with such few UCAS points. Westminster and Greenwich are the two universities which I desperately want to get into so clearing is my only hope right now.
