It's a compound movement for most gym goers, delts in involved in the swing, back for the arch, abs for the intense brace, chest from the press up superset, neck muscles for the strain. Etc

Basically curl amount = more impressive than Deadlift numbers. Science.

True brah. You know you're curling good form when you feel that click in your spine when you swing that bar. Sometimes I curl so much weight the swing hurts my back so much that I have to walk with a hunch for a week. Just means everyone knows I'm hench as **** though.
