A-Level options dilemma

Hi, I'm torn between two subjects in one option block, meaning I cannot take both at A-Level - Music Technology and Biology. I love and have a genuine passion for music, and the required abilities, however Biology is interesting to me and does 'go well' with my other subjects which are Chemistry and Geography. How much does a passion for a subject outweigh the fact that the other is interesting and one which is seen as academic?
Unless you're looking to study Music, universities will prefer Biology. You can show your passion for music with grades for instrument and voice, as well as diplomas and other musical qualifications. That being said, you should take what you enjoy.
Personally, I'd go with Biology, if you really love music you can still carry on with it outside of Sixth Form, if you play an instrument or whatever you will still get credit for Universities for being a certain Grade, whereas biology is very difficult to do outside of school and still get credit for it
