How long does processing take when i'm applying for accommodation?

I started applying for my accommodation for Loughborough and I reached step 4 where it is processing my application. However it has been processing for about 24 hours now and i'm worried I may have messed something up? Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Is this normal?

My application is also still processing but I reached step 4 like 7 hours ago so I can't help you because I'm looking for someone who knows something too. Fortunately, it probably doesn't mean that we've messed something up.

Okay so it could be normal for it to take this long.
I got worried a couple hours ago because an error message appeared and it stopped processing for a while, fortunately after logging out and back in again it's resumed processing
