With how active Barclays is being, I'm expecting the Spring Class to be huge, what would you guys think the summer conversion rate will be like??

Yeah got an offer yesterday for McKinsey Discover. Was the only one I applied for as a friend suggested it to me and was just a simple send in your CV job - happy days.
