A Level subjects regarding Mechanical engineering

I've just finished my AS levels and i've taken Physics, Chemistry and Maths. In maths i've taken C12 and M1.
Now, in my upcoming A2's, which Maths unit should i take alongside C34? I'm looking to study Mechanical engineering for my undergraduates.

I don't know much about mech eng, but i'd imagine M2 is actually useful.

tbh most people will say pick more mechanics modules but I would say just pick what you know you'll enjoy and do well in in order to meet your offer.

Obviously, it would be useful if you could do more mechanics but when you're at uni all the "needed" knowledge gets taught anyway so I wouldn't worry about it

So would taking M2 aid me while studying mechanical engineering?

Yeah
M2 should be useful.

But you really should have done further maths, it would have helped so much

You should have taken further maths. Contrary to popular opinion, you will be learning and using a lot of PURE maths on an engineering course, so consider taking more pure units.
