One bedroom available in a 3-bed/2-bath house 3 miles from Frenchay campus

We have one vacant bedroom available in a really nice 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house around 3 miles from campus (1-2 minute walk to the bus stop, direct bus to UWE is 10 mins). We've already signed the contract for the house and pretty much booked it, but one of the housemates just backed out. Fully furnished and all bedrooms are big-sized double bedrooms, includes garden and patio. Rent is £88.75 per week (£355 a month) and utilities including Internet will be around £39 a month (so less than £10/pw which is a steal). 10 month tenancy (1 Sept to 30 June) which works out perfectly and will most likely be extended by the landlord for another year. Deposit & agency fee (get it back whenever the tenancy ends) is £435 upfront. Hit me up if you're interested :smile:
