Hi everyone

What is the first term at uni really like?

I'm a freelance journalist and author of education books. A couple of years back I wrote a long feature for The Times on student depression. It's on my website so if you get in touch I can give you the link.

I'm now researching student experiences to support a feature on what the first term at uni is really like.

I'm looking for comments from you if you are going to uni this autumn and have worries, and am also looking for comments from year 2 students who can look back to last year - what were you worried about, what was your first term like, what advice would you give to freshers?
