All that can be concluded from this is that someone with the same IP as a congressman/congresswoman edited the wiki page. There is no evidence that any specific member of congress (or congress itself) made the edit. For all we know it could have been a relative/friend of a member of congress that had the same IP as them. Or this could have been a hoax.

Ignoring that IP's are pretty irrelevant, I don't see anything remotely suspicious there - everyone knows that the reptilians claim is a load of nonsense. It's a real non-story.
Politician's brains seem to be no more advanced than that of reptiles, so David Icke is at least part right.
