Men standing up to sexual degeneracy. #NoFap

Its always been known that excessive orgasm can weaken the energy of an individual. The orgasm has a severe chemical and hormonal hangover effect, which, over time can severely effect the physically, mental and emotional wellbeing of the individual if it is abused. A situation made worse in the modern world by the hyper stimulatory effects of online porn.

A movement has popped up called the 'NoFap Challenge', which challenges men to go for as long as they can without Fapping ( masturbating ) or having any sexual intercourse. Virtually all the men, or Fapstronauts, who take up the challenge report massive positive changes in their lives: including better self control, better complexion, better motivation, greater respect for women, increased confidence, better relationships with friends and family....

The movement started on Reddit and now has global following of millions:

I just learned about this movement through Rory Patrick, a twitter legend who started the challenge after he became addicted to Fapping:

This is a significant social movement which can only benefit civilisation. If this NoFap movement takes off, then the disgusting and embarrassing scenes witnessed in places like Magaluf will be a thing of the past. The culture, which is saturated with sex, will become softer and less vulgar as people begin to turn away in disgust.

Human beings will become better, more creative, more confident and more compassionate as they free themselves from the vice grip of sexual addiction.

Anyone else taken the challenge yet? How did it improve your life?

Of course not, most doctors will tell you regular masturbation is healthy-

That OP is full of pseudo-science red flags. If you feel addicted to pornography, or that it is negatively affecting you, you should probably stop watching it or limit use, but regular masturbation is healthy.

Lamest idea ever.
This is fapdiculous
Pornography and masturbation is only bad in extreme quantities, like a lot of things in life.

I'm already on 3 weeks no fap. Test gains are through the roof.

I'm on my 8th week of nofap and have seen huge benefits.

OP is correct, significant improvements but for me it has mainly been confidence/ social anxiety.

Turning down fap whenever i get an urge improved my will power.

I feel a lot more in control of myself, thoughts.

Would recommend checking out nofap.

I have much more respect for women since the challenge.

It disgusts me when i hear women being objectified.

Talking to girls is much easier as i see us equal.

Much more energy, will power
