I don't think so. Although it seems like an easy, 'mickey mouse' subject it is pretty difficult to get good grades in.

The difference between the two is so small that it's like the chewing or swallowing answer I gave. Depending on your preference you may find one slightly easier but it's just like swallowing with a sore throat compared to chewing. Even with 'difficulty' both are still similar.

Do the one that you have the greatest interest in and that will be the one you find easier.
Media studies , didn't do drama - but it has a lot of practical work.

I have found Performing Arts (Drama) very challenging actually but I haven't done media, I think people assume drama is very easy but it's really not. The workload is very high and the grade boundaries are extremely harsh with as high as 96% of the marks required to get an A*
