HELP!!!! Kings Managment Course & PS

I went to the open day yesterday and found that I can achieve the grades to get into the course. The problem is that the personal statement is looked open more this year. That is what the lady told us (the lady being the person who decides all applications for the management course). She goes the personal statement will tell us what kind o student is applying and if he or she is worth giving an offer to. So I need help really badly on what I should be putting in my personal statement HELP!!!!.
