Girls only: How do you get bigger assets without GETTING A DOUBLE CHIN ??

i need advice!

If you are a girl that managed to get bigger bum/boob but look slim then help me out well idk
there are so many girls out there than started putting on weight and getting bigger boobs n bum without GAINING DOUBLE CHINS

some of you girls have fat arms also and maybe a belly
but your faces are never fat

can you please give me tips on how you do it
some people i know have that figure and they don't go gym

please click the x if your gonna mention squats because come on= defo that is not the only thing btw they dont make your bum bigger


basically what do you eat? can you think of any patterns in your diet growing up ??

DISCLAIMER**

I used to be 'curvy' few years ago but i lost weight, so i had big bum big boobs etc but because i felt fat, i lost weight. At that time my face was not chubby.
I am perfectly fine with losing weight and can do it easily using my own methods :colondollar: and my face isn't a problem now but when i do put on weight, i goes to my face although i know how to get rid of it, i dont like it

this is the whole reason why i am asking advice on how to GAIN proportionate weight on my HIPS mainly and my BOSOMS

Squats...

and a small calorie surplus
You can't pick and choose where you gain weight (unfortunately!!) some girls are just lucky and gain it in the right places

Well that is not very nice because majority of girls ive seen whether fat or thin
naturally have that curve in them.

Me however, I cannot get that.

if i do try to put on weight it goes to my face and i just hate that.

People are just built in different ways. There's not much you can do about it

ATM i consider as normal
i look slim with clothes
people call me skinny

dont get me wrong, i defo know WHY i ain't that curvy physique

but there is no way to get that back unless someone tells me how

Squats, 5 sets of 5 reps, with a barbell 3 times a week.

and a calorie surplus of 300-500 calories.

i did mention that squats don't work

people just say it does
all it does is make your butt tight

They will make your bum rounder though. Rounder = curvier

I gained 3 inches on my ass while keeping my tummy flat and arms thin.

BUT I gained a lil face chubb. what i did was use facial excercises to get rid of the face chub.

So i did a facial excercise daily. Now I'm here with my big ass...

I'm african tho so genetically all my body white goes to my ass and hips and thighs.

I'm a 'pear shape'

If you're straight up and down acheiving a real hour glass shape takes dedication.

Diet and excercise to thick up your legs and bum

stomach vacuums and corsets to reduce your waist

the goal is to increase your but while decreasing your waist.

thats what I do :smile:
