Clearing & Adjustment 2014

Hi everyone!
With A level results day just around the corner I thought I would start a thread with information on Clearing & Adjustment at Reading.

Early Clearing is now open at the University of Reading with a small number of places available for applicants on many of our Undergraduate programmes for 2014 entry. We can consider an application for early clearing if you have received all your results and:

· You have not been accepted for your first (firm) and second (insurance) choice university,
· or, you have not yet received any offers for a place at a university,
· or, you have not yet applied for university but would like to join the University of Reading in September this year.

If you are in one of the categories above, please do call our Undergraduate Admissions team on +44 (0) 118 378 8372 to discuss your options for joining us in September 2014.


I’ll be posting further information on Clearing & Adjustment at Reading on this thread over the coming weeks. Please do feel free to ask me anything about how this all works!

Hi, can you tell me the range of results that were accepted in clearing last year for chemistry?

My name is Anja and I'm a Student Ambassador at Reading! If you would like to register your interest for chemistry, you can do so here: http://www.reading.ac.uk/clearing/. For that question though, it's best to contact the admissions team at [email protected]. They can help you out with specific results! I'm not sure what they were last year, but it might be different this year anyway, so it's best to ask admissions directly what to expect.

Hi
I have been put in clearing because I decided I wanted to change my course choice from pharmacy to chemistry so I asked my firm and insurance choices to release me. I would like to apply to reading through clearing, do I have to wait till results day or can I do it now?
