I got Westwood Derhill. I'm a bit disappointed as I wanted to be in a 25 room a floor hall as there are less people to a kitchen. Derhill has 2 kitchens to a floor, right?

Its on the 2nd floor (1 above the ground). 1 and 2 are ground, 3 and 4 are 2nd floor, 5 and 6 are 3rd and 7 and 8 are 4th if that makes sense. I think your kitchen will face the Marlborough block.

Hey I rang up the accommodation office today just to see how long I would have to wait to find out and the lady said that those who have the room emails already had unconditional offers. Is this true?

She also said that if you put down Solsbury you have about a 50% chance of getting in and that if you didn't it was quite likely that you would end up with an ensuite room. Doesn't sound right to me but that's what she said.

Im on ground floor, mixed feelings really.
Like the fact that there is no stairs to fall down/up when drunk, but not sure bout the reduction in privacy from people peering in, and the increase in noise.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I'm your Fresher's Week crew! You're on the bottom floor, it's the 11th room along. How exciting! I was on Mendip 1 last year, it ruled. You'll have a fab time, especially during Fresher's Week because I'll be there, haha :p:
