I just got back into weights after a break of about 5 months or so.
I have really sore arms now.
It is right above the elbow on both triceps.
At first I assumed it was just DOMS, but the pain is still there, I don't think I usually get DOMS for this long (I did the session on Monday and nothing since).
Also it feels slightly different to DOMS. It feels more like a dead arm. As if someone punched me in the back of my arm.
Like if I bend my arm, like a bicep curl movement and hold it, it is quite sore. Not unbearable pain, just really uncomfortable and sore.
Any advice?
