Trying to lighten my skin

I am fed up on my uneven blotchy skin tone that has been deepened by years of unrestrained sun-abuse -- I started wearing sunblock when I was 22. The dark patches on my face don't match the skin on my chest, which is much lighter..

Is there anyway to naturally and permanently lighten the skin?
Yes, this

Tocotrienols

yes, very healthy

maybe you don't need NAC, that can be dangerous for some people, and may not even work

Almost everyone's chest is lighter than their face, don't worry about it.

You did dilute the lemon juice right? Because that was one of the precautions I remember
