Competency Interview - EY - Financial Services Assurance - Audit (School leaver)

Hi everyone, i have applied for a higher apprenticeship/school leaver program for Ernst and Young. I had to complete online exams in which i passed and now have been invited for a 1 hour long competency interview soon. I was wondering whether anyone has done it and can pass on some advice? such as examples of questions and answers or have been in a similar positions if not the same program and can help me prepare!Any advice would be helpful thanks.

First of all! That's amazing well done! These are super competitive programmes so getting to this level is incredible - give yourself a pat on the back!

I'd recommend having a look through these reviews of EY school leavers who have rated different areas of their programme. This should help you understand the role more and get an idea of what you're expected of during the application process
