Accomodation for Clearing Applicants

If I was to apply to York through clearing is it likely that there would be no uni accommodation and I would have to look at private accommodation?

York does not guarantee accommodation for clearing applicants...but...

"You are not covered by our guarantee if you do not apply by our guarantee deadline date or if you are a clearing or adjustment student.
You will be able to apply for accommodation. We will either offer you a room booking or support you to find private sector accommodation.
In general, room bookings to non-guaranteed students are made based on the date order of applications and are subject to room availability."
