Help with resit advice

Hi I'm just looking for some advice re my uni re sits. They are at the end of August and I have a prebooked family reunion abroad which clashes with my re sit. I'm unsure what to do. I also have a stress/anxiety ******* which the uni is aware of, and because of theses reasons I'm getting very wound up with it all. Thanks

If you want to resit you'll need to make sure your back at uni in time for the resits. Otherwise you'll fail the year. Most unis make it expressly clear that you have to be available during the resit period, they won't let you do the exams at another time.
