Loan is being paid to my insurance.. how do I change this to my firm?
Initially, Manchester University was going to be my firm choice, so the maintenance loan, grant and tuition fee are being paid to Manchester University (the letter says), how do I make student finance pay my firm university, Lancaster instead?
I think you can contact Student Finance and sort it through that. They will then (hopefully) change it, and send you out a new letter with the amended details.
