Just going around saying that "x company is crap" isn't really that useful, is it?
First of all explain why, don't just moan like a bitch.
Second of all, most the time people only post when it comes to a service you expect to run smoothly eg broadband/couriers etc, when something goes wrong.
Basically its the kind of service where when it runs smoothly you don't notice a thing, but the second it stops, you become infuriated.

We literally just got EE fibre optic yesterday 
anyhoo it seems fine and I've used EE for my phone for ages and that's fine also
