I am planning to apply for Maths at Cambridge,Warwick,Durham,Newcastle and Northumbria with Cambridge and Warwick as planned firm and insurance options for this I will need good AS results with good UMS.UMS average of 93% ruined a lot by Physics but 98% in Maths and Further Maths should hopefully sway Cambridge into making me an offer.I will take Maths,Further Maths,Additional Further Maths and Physics I will be dropping Geography, despite scoring more than Physics because its less useful and also the overlaps with Maths and Physics will keep the workload down so I have more time for Additional Further Maths and of course STEP.

Comments and reactions
I'm quite disappointed with my results, although it's a relief that I didn't fail them.
I put in a lot of work and it would have been nice to have got an A in physics and a generally high UMS mark than I did.
But I think I can apply to Bath and Durham with these grades so I'm not too miserable

Hope to study Natural Sciences (chemistry) at university.

Especially English - I would have been happy to have just passed! And messed up S1 in Maths so was pretty worried about that - turned out pretty well in the end with high As and a low A in English!
Good luck to everyone getting their results tomorrow!

German: Predicted C / Achieved ?

Comments and Reactions
Sitting on the fence on whether I got an A or a B in maths.
Physics grade boundaries were really low which makes me anxious to what grade I got.
Germans Oral Assessment grade boundarie are way too high (46/50 for an A)

Future ambitions
I want to study economics and politics. Hopefully I'll do better than my predicted grades so I can possibly go to Exeter but I'm very very worried.

Overjoyed with the maths result, considering I walked out of Core 2 crying knowing I hadn't answered half of the paper.
I'm shocked at Geography, I'm not sure what went wrong. I will definitely be resitting but may get it remarked.

Future ambitions
Geography at university, probably not Bristol now though.
