I've read a looot of YA fiction (THG, divergent, john green) and of course the Harry Potter series, but I read loads more.
My favourite book would probably be Atwood's 'the handmaid's tale'

- Really good book highlighting the true extent of racial segregation in America and really is emotional. I loved it and I'm not a really, I don't know how to put it... I read but I don't read loads and loads, I'd rather watch films, aha!

Ohh I've heard a lot about them and how the film didn't do the book justice at all. I've not read it or watched it, but it's definitely something I'm interested in reading

The films have nothing on the books. The books are way better. The films make it seem the adventure goes by fast. They miss out a TON of stuff in the film. At least read Lightening Thief and see how you get on!

Forgive the cliché of using a classic, but Jane Eyre is definitely my favorite. The lucidity and truthfulness with which Charlotte Brontë is able to write about the complex childhood experience from a first person perspective is something I have seen little of elsewhere. Jane's introspection and perception are as much enlightening to the reader as they are to her, I find, and the novel's value as a Bildungsroman should not be understated.
