Adult Nursing Freshers

Im going to kings to study adult nursing in September ( grades depending). I just wanted some advice on freshers as I'll be living at home, so will it be more difficult to make friends as I'm not in halls?
Also, do nurses get a freshers week? I got send the first week timetable and I'm unsure as to whether they do or not.

Thanks for any help

I'm in the same boat. Looks like the freshers events are happening when we are already timetabled in classes so not sure how the works out. Would like to know though x

Hi I'm also going to not be living in student halls, and hopefully starting adult nursing in september! I think the first week information that we got through the mykclapplication portal, is kind of our freshers week, but we have introductory lectures on some days (Monday 15th Tuesday 16th afternoon and Thursday 18th). We do get to go to the freshers fair on the friday though!
