Epq help

So I've starting researching my epq, but at the moment im just reading articles and stuff and then copying a pasting the links onto a word document and saying how and why they are useful.

Im just a bit confused on how to organise all my research and then how i am going to be able to form an essay from all these resources.

Im thinking maybe printing them off and highlighting important parts i could use, or making notes as i read the articles? I love to be organised and i dont want piles and piles of notes at the end of my research to form my essay with, i need an easy to follow way or structuring my research.
