Yea I agree the first part is normal because it has built up within the few days.
For the quitting porn, whenever you have the urge to watch, distract yourself. For example, if you're in your room studying and you have the urge, go for a 15-20 minute walk to get your mind off of it. Or study with friends in the library. Whenever you have the urge just make it so you are unable to watch it at that time.
