Are basing that on the general population though? Surely most people prefer not to go to uni in their home towns?

Yes because it won't be completely obvious what my intentions are when an Irish male joins the Indian society, I'll need to be more subtle. And yes this thread is super cereal.

Is there any way I can find this out? Like a university which lists its nationalities?
